Return & Refund Policy

At ZaHood, customer satisfaction is important to us.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.

To request a refund or replacement, email support@zahood.com with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the item
  • A description of the issue

Refunds are processed back to the original payment method once approved.

Please note:

  • Items must not be intentionally damaged or heavily used.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the error was caused by us.
